for the heating and cooling of the storage and office areas<\/li>\n<li>Autonomous power supply of the warehousing installations for the heating and cooling by means of a power generator<\/li>\n<li>An electronic security system and 24\/7 surveillance with video cameras<\/li>\n<li>24\/7 security using security guards<\/li>\n<li>Premises protected against rodents and pests, regular control by a company specialized in pest control<\/li>\n<li>Dispatch area with 28 hydraulic ramps protecting the goods from external influences<\/li>\n<li>An air-conditioned area for additional logistical
