TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We are freight forwarders as this term is understood under article 361, paragraph 1, of the Commercial Code of the Republic of Bulgaria, and we provide forwarding (transportation) services based on the most recent versions of the Standard Trading Conditions (STW) and the Standard Warehousing Conditions (SWC) of the NSBS. We also provide courier services based on the General Conditions for Courier Services.
